Welcome to the Houston READ Commission Virtual Learning Center. 

This is our Community Training Site where you will be able to access trainings for HRC Programs such as Colleges to Communities (C2C), Workforce Initiative Now (WIN), Outreach Volunteering and Instructor and Provider Professional Development.  This site will give you immediate access to materials 24 hours a day 7 days a week for your convenience.
